no rich it was ingrams i bought it from, if it had been ayr audi i could have returned it
I tried getting a hold of the parts manager but no one was available.

Not pleased cause this new bearing has cost me 4 times more than the one i bought from ingrams, i bought all the parts myself but the garage wasnt too pleased with me lol I told them if they needed any parts callme and i would supply them cause i can get them cheaper than they can (was thinking pete reeves, he can get almost anything) but they have just went ahead and ordered new parts anyhow without contacting me

Right got it sorted!

The part number is wrong, audi discontuined the proper bearing years ago and changed ti to a "one size fits all" bearing, which doenst fit my car!

So after an argument with the parts manager at main dealer who "dont do refunds" they do when they get one seriously irate customer in with small 3 year old child, complete with melted half eaten bar of chocy who wants to go and look in the nice new shiny cars

New bearing was cheaper there was a mix up in the invoices althought they managed to change the wrong side! so back in on thursday to change the one they were suposed to change but at least both are doen, im a great beleiver in doing things in pairs with the thinking if ones fucked the other will be as well as it gets the same wear
