Anybody ? told you she was in a state, If nobody is interested in complete car i will be willing to break her for spares.
engine was a good runner although not original don't think it was when i bought it (GU block) but rings let go on that one so it has a motor transplanted from a scirroco gti.
metering head is probably worth more than car (reconditioned unit supplied by jp autotechnics(bosch agent) in 2000 at a cost of £249 doubt its done 20,000 miles.
gearbox was as it should be smooth as silk although from memory input shaft seal did weep a bit
full set of 5 alloys
just wish I had the facilities to do her myself had a lot of fun in her been close to derbyshire border has it's advantages

As it's been dry stored it looks pretty sound. Could be contender for latest (youngest) Sport? Do you have reg date &/or chassis no. to hand? You're a bit far away from me, but someone should save her rather than break; assuming she is sound underneath. Cheers!

Hi mate,

sorry to hear your letting her go. There might be a few parts I would be interested in - bits of trim and such. I will send you l a PM with the details.

Default Interior question

What's the state of the interior(including door cards)? Is it up for sale?
