Hmmm. It has been a while since I bought from him. I must stress the "on-ebay" experiences were trouble free, it was the 2 occasions outside of ebay that left something to be desired. First was the suspension leg I ordered for my 2.2E, paid and waited 2 weeks, a few emails to and fro asking after the part, it never arrived. Second time I bought an apparently "solid" rear subframe for a 90q, arrived but found out when I came to sell it on (having never used it and stored it in warm dry environment) that it was worth scrap only as it was wafer thin in parts. V embarrasing as was a newbie round here at the time and it was to a forum member.
Not one to cause a fuss I didnt pursue either instance, I haven't bought anything from him since though. Just my 2p, if everyone else has had positive experiences just shows mine were isolated incidents I guess...

Ok guys,

Thanks to each of you for your replies!

I was kind of hoping he was a member here, as it's our era car parts he seems to be selling.

Would have been nice to have a chat first, but ho hum lol.

Thanks again,

Dan.

Found Mike to be very helpful with getting seats for my cq a year or so ago, and have had various other bits and bobs from him since then. Top guy in my book.

On his eBay ads, at the bottom are contact details and they include his phone number if you want to speak to him......

Will sit in the corner with the dunce hat on for 15 minutes lol.

That's good I'll get on to him tomorrow, as it's a bit late to phone anyone now.

Cheers lads!
