Who d oyou blame? If your gaffer came to you and said I'm going to give you a pay rise. I'll quadruple your salary. How many of us would say ermm no thanks. We'd all be over the moon. Despite my love of football tho I think it absolutely obscene.

However, what about movie stars that get 10 or 20 million plus royalties per film? Is that not more obscene?

you would think with all that wealth... the players would bring their own ball instead of chasing 1 around a field!!

Film stars entertain far more people than those delinquents who pay ?? a ticket to watch a bunch of blokes chase each other around a park then kiss and hug the chap who puts it in the net...( a goal I think) !!
