You can do it with a screwdriver but generally take half your skin off too

What is the supposed function of this tool - removal of injectors from inserts? Pair of small wrenches does the same, but unlike this tool, in meantime they could be also used as wrenches.

I know there are alternative methods(which I tried),but I feel the tool will be quicker and safer.

Presuming the inserts are similar to KE-jet ones [and injectors ARE identical, apart from thread], it won't - but if the rubber o-rings will be really fucked up, this tool will be useless and you will end up using pair of wrenches anyway, as this tool will be too short and thin - from my personal experience.

I use big pliers... usually pop out without any bother. Lube new rings with petrol, the old one will be pHO****ed! So buy new ones.

My big pliers can also be used as pliers.. Just get something in there to act as a fulcrum, pop!
