Just looked at the price of the other one. Not too bad although you'll find getting the interior back as being probably one of the most expensive things to do! I was extremely lucky with my leather interior to get them back at cost (the same ones that were removed from the car!) but other bits'n'bobs seemed to cost ludicrous amounts of money! I've got a link to a company that makes replacement carpets for URQ's all moulded to fit exactly. About £350 for a wool mix version which isn't too bad for brand new carpet. The address is:

http://www.classic-car-carpets.co.uk...roductid=16267

I'm looking at removing my urq carpet and replacing with this just as soon as it's back on the road. Had massive trouble removing my centre console but now have that sorted so can get this fitted properly!

As B2 says - different motor. This one has no bad history on record but does need work. It was sprayed 2 years back and a lot of work put into the car including bushes, koni inserts, ss exhaust, sills etc. It will probably prove to be sounder than the UR in white that I had planed to buy - I know that Joe (the present owner) put a lot of work in and quite a few quid through Quattro corner. Still need to see it up close but should be a sound enough buy - a lot less than the one you mentioned.

I think the Yellow paint work may have found a reprieve...

This is a great looking finish.

Is it wrong that I like yellow cars?? I've found myself typing just 'yellow' in to ebay cars & seeing if there's anything that tickles my fancy

My current car is a Skoda Octavia vRS estate in yellow and my last car was a Seat Leon Cupra... in yellow!

I've got a soft spot for them too!

A Leon Cupra in yellow? 👍
Afraid I'm one of the nay-sayers that doesn't get the vRS in yellow, or green (which seems to popular on demo cars here)
Having said that, 'Racing Blue' is the ubiquitous choice, so why follow the herd?
