I've posted this not to start an arguement but to prompt a discussion!
The quattro is an iconic car, (more so than a RS200) that on its own makes it worth more. Why arent cars all priced the same? different spec, build quality, image the car has. |

There's also a knock on effect.....The person selling his swb quattro for 250k....will most probley make others with swb quattro's to raise there prices.......and the people looking to purchase swb will see the 250k one..and find the 120k a bargain.
Each make of Rally Car (group b) has its desirability...and demand regardless of built quality...reliability etc (supply and demand) |

I wonder if the price of sports has been raised by the marques popularity at the moment ?

if only they could still be found like this LOL
![]() i get the point your making completely rtz yes some will argue the swb is better built etc but in the grand scheme of things as rtz already pointed out if a car is only covering a few hundred miles per year then it doesnt matter how well built it is and imo doesnt justify the premium over other gpB cars, and i tend to agree and i like the audi very much ![]()
