Wherever you usually buy Audi parts - 035 145 797B

(It's listed in ETKA under the RR ur-quattro wastegate. One size fits all.)

Bit of a change from Audi's 1999 price of £17.

I found the ETKA entry in about 1997. I needed one for an MB but thought the RR part was worth a try - there was nothing listed for the MB. Got it, and it was perfect. The word spread around the quattro Owners Club and I bought five more during a short period, and then after Coy's one year I ordered another six. All from Autohaus Kettering.

Then Graham Nurdin, the parts manager, called me. "Phil, it seems you're the only person in Europe buying wastegate diaphragms, so Audi has shipped their entire stock of 27 to me."

Supply and demand I'm afraid. If you need one then I suppose you just have to bite the bullet and pay the price.
