Not 'sadly' at all matey, many of us have been there before, and the only words of advice I'd give is chill out, go with the flow, and enjoy the simple pleasures in life, the 5 minute cuddles, the 20 minute rug-rats or the 2 hour walks along the sea shore... Don't resent giving your time, it's priceless to your family... Especially the wee-one....
