I'm putting a 4kq front sway bar onto my CGT. My question is do I need the 24mm powerflex mounts or the 25mm ones? CRICKEY! THEY ARE $45 each?

You need to measure your bar !
IIRC 25 mms are Ur ( I certainly used a 25mms on my 80 Sport -- that bar was off a UR)
Having used both stock and Ur sizes I actually prefer the standard size.
Remember, certainly in Europe, that the 80/4000 with power steering had a one mms larger front bar- well according to ETKA.
