Dealership /Le Mans Celebration PLEASE READ

Hi everyone, as you know from my previous thread I have been trying to organise a Dealership Day for the Audi. Hurray, I've managed to get us in conjuction with the Bolton Audi Dealership and Bolton Le Mans Motorport Club a FULL Exclusive stand and section on Saturday 12th June 2010 and Sunday 13th June s2010 start time 10am until 4pm. This is why I have been a bit quiet. I have now got confirmation of all of this and just received a message for Jack to confirm that he is planning for the "Classic Audi Club" to have 1 or 2 exclusive paddocks next to Bolton Audi expose in Bolton city centre.

He is able to accommodate approx 40 cars, it will be heavily featured in the media and Audi Mags anyone wishing to attend needs to be available on Saturday with the their cars IN PLACE by 10am on one or both days. Jack will allocate VIP passes for the beer tent and drivers VIP area. Please please if you could say for definate your going tio attend can you please pm me with your names reg number and make and model of Audi by Monday 6th June so that the passes can be done. I'm really hoping that you'll attend what promises to be a fantastic event and if you have any ralley rep it would be great to have them there as well as from what I can gather Audi maybe able to supply a Audi Le Mans car as well on the days.
