An excellent day!
Great to meet up with some 'old' faces and also to chat and finally put faces to various forum names It's a shame that a few of the familiar faces were unable to join in the fun though.
The sun shone for most of the day and there was a great selection of Audis and other VAG cars out on the track. Most seem to be enjoying it and making the most of a great circuit, but as always there were one or two that had more enthusiasm than skill.... I'll upload a pic of one example shortly!
There was also an A8 6.0 W12 that left the circuit in a great cloud of steam - turns out it was just a hose, but not something he's likely to pick up from Halfords! However, credit where it's due, he was out there giving it some welly, so top marks to that fella

I'm sure the enthusiastic photographers will have some good pics to share soon.

Cheers,
Alan

you got a pic of that black S3 as well then!?!?!

Saw the W12 A8 just as I was leaving and he was driving it again under it's own steam (excuse the pun!!)

Oh yes.....! It was well fooked. Spoke to the owner too - he was pretty pragmatic about it - said it will fix.... I think it'll need more than T-Cut to fix that!

Good news - that could have been an expensive day out for him....

had a good walk about and chatted with a few people around, was a good day out and some nice cars on display on the various stands

ambushed a certain Mr Tonks too which was good to have a chat in person finally about plans and projects (sorry for the randomness of the encounter )

good day out
