doesn't mean you can't put your own number on there. It just means you can't transfer the number currently on the 'grale on to another vehicle

cant really afford it, but always fancied one. the "6 WRC" looks fav at moment (Six world rally championships) but am in talks about having car fully rust proofed, inc being picked up on trailer to avoid road salt, which seems a more sensible spend tbh
