Hello, Still got to put up a pic of my 80 Sport, but currently rebuilding 87 Coupe q. Got top trim above plastic sill covers off OK, but re-fitting proving difficult; especially since some of the clips are not that good. Is it just a case of thumping them back in (works sometimes) or is there a knack? Any advice appeciated. Cheers.

put moulding on at top 1st ,then 'thump' bottom in,you need to keep it even,i.e all top in then all the bottom.Hope this helps.

Thanks Rob, I think that could be problem, that it is not lined up - that coupled with some rusty clips, but I've managed to source a few better ones, so we'll have another go. Cheers.
