Default Whats it worth?

I'm really torn about this one, its my fathers coupe gt5s that we've had in the family for around the last 20+ years, 2 owners from new as I never changed it into my name.

Can be put thru an mot easy enough as its only done 3 miles since the last one.
Mint blue interior was fitted a while ago to replace the worn old one.
Has a k&n fitted but still have the original ufo dish style filter housing.
It has been lowered on uprated shocks and springs but the rides still smooth.
apart from that its standard (has a kenwood sticker in the rear window )
now on the original plates instead of the one's with the euro end.
93k on the clock

bad bits.

one of the indicator covers is damaged
carb could do with the spring tightening up on the auto choke but still drives fine.
needs a rear wheel cylinder fitting which I have brand new from vagparts (rip) as the bleed nipple was snapped by a family friend when he worked on it.

think thats most things, it still starts up fine and goes well/sounds brilliant, I have family issues that looks like they require me to start selling some of my toys and its either this:

whats people think?

or do I sell this:

Now has carbon fitted
plus hp2 brakes and struts so will actually stop when required
iirc 160k on the clock
new track rod end on the drivers side
boot lid re-sprayed to sort out one small rust bit
blinds in rear doors and rear shelf
slight misfire around 1.2 bar but have some spare coil packs to try so that will sort it.
lowered on h&r's and uprated shocks
spare set of cats
s6 gear knob and gaitor
debaged all round
chipped to around 300bhp ish.
clear side repeaters

bad bits

no mot currently but was due to go wends but never got time to take it
needs the misfire sorting then it will fly, it goes ok if you take it easy on the throttle.

apart from that a nice tidy car. I'm torn between the two and what to do with them, I could use one of them as a daily till the ur is done around jan time but tbh I want rid of all my toys and just keep at max two cars.

The GT probably suits being a daily more than the S4, be a shame to see either of them go though....

Yes agree but at the end of the day the gt will cost less to use as a run a round (simpler to work on) and you would get more money for the s4

Fook.... The GT's got to be kept, it's done all the depreciating it'll ever do and within 5 years be worth probably 3 times the S4...

Sure, the S4's quicker, got a stonking engine... But the GT's knocking on the door of true classic status, and, you're old girl has been in the same family from nearly new... That's so rare, it's painful....

And... It'll be about 50% cheaper to run than the S4....

1994cc JS GT all the way for me....

Lol sounds like thats what might be happening, if so what do you reckon the s4 is worth?

I do still have space for both of them but I want to cut down on how many cars I own (8 ish)

also only other thing thats a pita about the gt5s is it runs on 4star.

hmmm i've never really looked into it, I know it was setup for unleaded once before and didn't go that well.....

if I do keep it might look out for another auto choke carb for it, I bought a brand new weber carb but when it turned up it was a manual carb so have that lying around
