H4 conversion on the Quad Lamp

Has anyone else done this conversion?
It seems to have upset my high beam on /off switch and dash indicator.
I'm flumexed

I thought Tony was still looking for a set of quads. He keeps threatening to pilfer everyones on the forum.

I think Tony is building up a stash of them!
he had a set off me and I believe he has another complete set as well.

Ill have your quads....er i mean ill have a look at em.

Its shouldnt really have created any issues on yours as its already wired for them.
Im thinking maybe youve got a connector thats oxidised and is giving secondary issues like those youve described.
Youd be needing to inspect all the lighting connectors for any signs of water ingress/contamination looseness or wires coming loose.
More than likely thats whats happened when youve put the new units in.

Tony, its been pretty bog like here.
Hope to have a look this afternoon.
Clean and check all connectors.
Any thoughts on adding a dab of di-electric grease?

Yeah do the grease thing for sure.
Anything that keeps moisture and oxidation off is a good thing!
