Does it not belong in the eighties !?

I have a boss and wheel in quite frankly poor condition, it'll need some loving.
Can get pictures to you if you want via phone?

It’s had a fair amount of tinkering historically, including a 20v lump, and a full leather interior (that’s in a state, but that’s another story) It’s been a bit of a mish mash, but I’m getting there, slowly. Winter is coming, as they say - so hope to spend a bit more time in the garage!

I’ve messaged you my number

Thanks

Jason

Still looking.

The one I’m after does not have the Audi rings in the middle, but just the ‘Audi sport’ badge on the middle ‘arm’

Ah, now I know the type you're after. Quite rare I think?

I think so, I had a Nothelle one which looked almost identical but had their badge instead of the Audi sport one in my S2, that was made by Nardi... Not sure of the diameter of the one pictured but mine was a bit smaller than the stock sports steering wheel and obscured the dials which real irritated me so I fitted a standard S2 one.

The boss is rare, steering wheel uncommon.

There is usually one wheel on eBay most of the time, but it’s a bit useless without the boss. I’ve not seen a boss since I’ve been looking (few months now)

That said, after much research, I have the Nardi part number for the boss, for the ur quattro and I have found lots of places that sell compatibles, as it’s also a vw fit . Only seems to be listed as vw fit though… might risk it for £60.

I have a coupe of VW's and Audi's sat in my yard, quite happy to pull a steering wheel off to check the spline patterns are compatible if you give me a link to one your considering purchasing.
