Folks,
The bee sting aerial on my C3 Avant is showing cracks in its rubber body so I bought a replacement off Amazon which claimed to be suitable for use with my car's amplified aerial system. The new part was more rigid than the original but looked of a reasonable quality and came with all the necessary screw in adapters. But it won't work! My radio just picks up static.. ![]() I assume it's a cheap made in China part, which may be the problem, but is it? Even an old wire coat hanger gives better reception when inserted. Any advice on where I may be going wrong would be appreciated... ![]() Last edited by Ringmaster; 03-04-21 at 05:11 PM. |
