Leggy. The numbers above refer to the Radiator based on your car's spec.

Does your car have air conditioning?
Automatic has probably a separate chamber for a connection to an automatic gearbox
Reinforced... Trailer pack. Does your car have a factory fitted tow bar?

The 590mm or 620mm probably refers to the physical height of the radiator, therefore greater cooling surface area.

From these, discount all that don't apply, and the remaining part number should be the 'droid you are looking for....

Funnily enough, I had found that diagram (that Andy10v posted) on the 7zap website The Real MSH!...
but as I said, I'm not used to using the site yet and I'd initially thought it was a list of coolant fluid part numbers or even the reservoir tank part numbers for each of the four rad types, as opposed to the rad part numbers themselves.
Yeh like I know, I'm having a dumb-dumb day, but c'mon, call the parts what they are ~ coolant = the fluid that you put in, reservoir = where you put the fluid, rad = the bit at the front ~ no wonder I got confused

In any case ->
first item: I'd already ruled this one out - mine doesnt have air con unless you count having all of the windows and the sunroof open whilst driving.
second item: it didnt read to me as being an auto gearbox so wasnt sure, but okay, now I know that it is I can rule this one out - my boy has manual gearbox.
third item: looks promising - but knowing my luck my boy will have been fitted with a B3 rad!
fourth item: not sure about this one - mine doesnt have a factory or otherwise fitted tow bar, just the pully loop behind the front bumper grill, BUT it does also state "and/or with reinforced..." and that's the bit I'm unsure of.

So down to two now (3 & 4). ...
As I said, the guys at the garage know what they're doing, I'll give them those two part numbers anyway but will just leave it to them to find/fit one, much easier than getting one myself and then finding out its the wrong one and having the hassle of returns etc.

Anyhow, thanks again guys, you're help is as always very much appreciated.

Hey. Count yourself lucky. Out of 4 options, you've managed to narrow it down to two likely suspects. Imagine how bad you'd feel if you had 2 options, and neither is correct. It happens. Especially with cars on a limited build, and yours happens to be on a chassis number where things changed. or didn't...

...and Audi's parts naming policy often doesn't make sense. I blame it on the translator and a bad bag of weed...

Oh dear......it's not a difficult job to do yourself with basic tools.
Stop playing the girly card and man up woman as it not cool trying to do this.
IMHO if you cannot do basic maintance and repairs on a car.......a license shouldn't be issued

If you don't trust your garage to do a basic repair find one you do or even better learn how to do it yourself!
Oh ........cars are all ways female by the way!
