It won't be long before something 'happens' over there on the east coast. Until very recently FlyingFrank was the sole Cornish member, Now there's three of us plus more than a few that reside in Devon.. so bide your time, it'll happen. And besides.. It may be that some will come your way for an event such as *whispers* Porsche at the Castle. (I used to live on the Essex Suffolk border, and Castle Heddingham was a must for me during that time.)

Blatant plug for the Porsche Club event below

Funnily enough, when I read your post Daniel , earlier this afternoon, I was going to write something very similar to Jakes post above. I was a lost soul down here in Cornwall, but am more than happy to have found a few new Audi enthusiast friends in the past 6 months via this Forum and who live relatively close by .

Stick around and I'm sure that Jakes prophecy will come true.

Hi, folks

Some time back, iSimmo* proposed to me, and I turned him down. Part of the proposal involved heading west-sou-west, to the bit that sticks out, and basically doing something to the neighbourhood with our collective presence.

I'm thinking something deeper into Flugelungfrank territory...

Beer
Girls
Beer

2 out of 3 ain't bad, so the bard suggested...

*did you notice that there seems to be an I-version of everything, these days. Even your sis!)

can't make this week-end as have no Audi to bring , but give me a month or so and I'll be up for another get together. Think 5 days notice will be too little notice for most folk though.... :-)

I'd almost be up for it. The only classic present is the 100. A veritable eyesore.
However, I'm not back in the UK until very late Saturday, and probably heading to Glasgow at some point.

Hi Guys,
As there seems very little interest in this one, even though panned months ago, I think it is best we cancel it.
Maybe sort a get together in the summer then?

Hi Jonathan,

My apologies for not writing anything on the Calendar , but would not make it right now as without an Audi to bring along, I'd not turn up anyway. However, there is one "in the pipeline" so would be happy to meet up with you altho' for a beer and pie, it'll have to be this side of Exeter to be honest. Exeter is 2 hours away and now we're into silly season and with the A30 blocked at Bodmin, journeys up country are a bit of a nightmare. However, if you come up with another date, I'll try and remember to add to my calendar . Sorry to let you down this time. Frank.
