Coupe Quattro boot trim

I've seen some type 85coupes wth a boot trim panel that fits to the inside of the boot lid . Mine hasn't got one , only the little push on black plastic fog lamp covers . Any one advise if they were fitted to uk models ? Or if I'm ever likely to find one ? Cheers all

It was usually only the Ur quattro that had the boot lid trim, the coupes you've seen may have had it retro fitted.
