Ur q windows switches

Evening all,

This may seem lame but how is the window switch panel removed in an 86 ur q? Do you take the diff control panel out first to reveal fixings?

Want to fit two new window switches but dont want to break 30yr old plastic

Ash tray pops out fine but not enough space to play.
