Price looks daft, but the car is a very obvious case of something being worth what someone will pay, as it looks a very clean original example and is undoubtedly rare. Where would you find another?

What does my head in is what is considered 'collectable' for 'genuine collectors'... That, alongside the similar Golf, XR/RS Ford range etc were all just lardy vesions of the originals and should be a third generation recycled Zanussi Washing Machine by now.
