Nobody is taking anybody out... But it sort of proves my point

If an afro-american guy stand up and say "I'm black and proud of it" then averybody is applauding... If I stand up and say "I'm white and proud of it" then I'm a flaming racist, KKK and what not... I just don't get it.

In the UK there is an organisation called the National Black Police Association (United Kingdom) which is restricted to black, asian police officers but if somebody started A National White Police Association and restricted it to whites only they too would be branded racist
