1.9 5cyl con rod bearing help

Hello guys I'm struggling to find some con rod bearings and con rod bolts, does anyone have some good places to look? And does anyone know the torque settings for the rod bolts?

Con rod Bolts should still be available from Audi as should the bearings.

KS also make bearings for these engines as I recently bought a set.

Awesome cheers bud, do you know what torque you set the con rod bolts to?
