Default Gordon whitworths quattro

Hi guys, its been along time since Ive been on here and was just wondering if anyone knows how Gordons old quattro is or is it still alive? Was a big mistake me selling that car, didnt realise what i had untill i sold it!! I still to this day keep asking the missus for a loan to buy another and when one drove past me twice yesterday in chester i just felt sick! i cant remember who it was i sold it to so any info on the car would be great.

Funny you should mention Gordon, I was clearing out an old email account at the weekend and deleted a 10mb email from Gordon with photos of his car... Don't panic, the photos are all saved....

It did appear here briefly with the chap that bought it from Gordon's family, but I have a feeling he didn't hang on to it, I seem to recall seeing it for sale

Figured it out now (doh!) Ian you boughtit and then sold it to a guy called Bob Gray from "darn south" he hasn't been on the forum since December 2013.

Further to my PM If you want some photo's of it before you bought it, type Gordon Whitworth into the Search box and you will find some on his tribute thread including the one that made the cover of the Classic Audi calendar the year after his passing.

Another way to find some, is to search Gordon's posts by going to his profile via the members list, his user name was GordonWR.

Hope that helps

DVLA vehicle check shows it as on SORN and MOT expired 14 July 2012.
