i use this maguiars stuff on the quattro..you pay full belt for it (of course) but can't find it anywhere for less than that..

http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/s...egoryId_165527

and good old tesco's bumper shine spray - i can't see it on their website but it's in a big can with a dark red top and only costs a couple of quid and lasts through loads of car washes...brilliant stuff for bringing all the black bits back to life again..

The products called "Tango Wash" after giving the car a full wash...the tango stuff is sprayed on and wiped dry.

Its a gloss product used by hand car wash businesses "Autosmart Tango Wash"

And mop it dry.... Nothing outrageous there, however the plastic blacks were proper black again, and the cars appeared to have a showroom deep lustre to them afterwards, even after probably less than 10 minutes work.... Any idea what they are using? And, by chance, is it available to commoners like me?
Same here, with the van. When I bought it all the blacks were verry black and all the white paint was verry shiny indeed! Whatever they put on it lasted about four months at least. You could tell it was something that had been sprayed or wiped over the entire vehicle. Hadn't been polished, it was some kind of liquid stuff. Still looking for it! I'd buy it if I could find it. White paint is vey dull indeed now and there's no effin way I'm taking the mop to that! Would take a week.

Varnish! That's what it was like, over everything. Maybe it was.
