Today, I parked up opposite a car valeting place next to our local garden centre whilst the war department went shopping. As I waited, I watched the rather slick car washing team with their stand alone area set to on several cars, and they appeared to spray the cars with a detergent/wash then pressure wash off... And mop it dry.... Nothing outrageous there, however the plastic blacks were proper black again, and the cars appeared to have a showroom deep lustre to them afterwards, even after probably less than 10 minutes work.... Any idea what they are using? And, by chance, is it available to commoners like me?

That's a shame, I was hoping they had a decent product I could get my mitts onto..?
Have you any suggestions for a basic 'wash and wet wax' type product that gives a similar shine/finish? Our water is very hard/chalky which usually leaves watery marks, but whatever they used clearly didn't? Any ideas?/Suppliers?
