Default Quattro conversion?

Does anyone know if it is possible to convert a front drive coupe / saloon into a quattro? I realise anything is possible given sufficient time and money, however there seem to be lots of mint 80 CDs around for not a lot of money…
Your thoughts are appreciated!

there's an old saying , don't build something you can buy!!!! yes its possible, but your cutting into factory steel and sealer, which will introduce rust later not to mention the work and cost.. .. just buy a quattro..

Yeah thought as much, just that getting hold of a decent B2 quattro is a waiting game, will just keep looking for a tidy one…. and next time will be for keeps!

I waited(searched)about 3 years,to find a good one.
Worth the wait,for a proper q.
