There's a car going about my home town with the plate AUD118T (AUDI 1.8T) but it was on a silver Merc, now it's on a Corsa.

I spotted a Q7 with the plate 10V

That AUD1 plate is now on a black TTs.

AUD132V is available at the bargain price of £4,500

AUD140V is cheaper at 3K if you've got an S8.

surely you should buy her a Liana to go with it!!??!!

I've got AL11COX on retention but as my daily is a 1993 model and I don't do new cars, I'd have paid the purchase price again on retention fees alone before I get round to sticking it on a car!

My old 100 Coupe S came with the plate JTA1N from new.
There was a stack of history with the car including original bill of sale where the salesman had written "please issue an interesting plate if possible!" on the paperwork!

If the Suzuki LIANA wasn't such a butt ugly car and the fact my wife threatened divorce if I got her one then maybe I might have.

Must be a connection between her and Suzuki because her maiden name was............wait for it.............SWIFT....!!

So bloody expensive to have a special plate in the UK...

We had it a bit easier to have a nice AUD-I plate, although the new European version makes it more difficult in the future: 1-AUD-Ixx or 9-AUD-Ixx
