Guys,
I'm considering upgrading my coupe single pot G60's to twin pot G60's. Has anyone else done this? Would i need to change the carriers? Any info would be appreciated. Cheers Boab |

hi mate,
i have just done this on my saloon. You need the s2 carriers, but they bolt straight upto the hub. I took the calipers I recieved apart, cleaned them all up, replaced the seals and painted them. I fitted EBC Yellow stuff pads, as I plan on doing the odd track day later this year. While changing the fronts, I took the rears apart, changed the seals, cleaned and painted them, I fitted new discs and and standard pads at the back along with new brake fluid. If you take your rear calipers off mark up which side is which! I had a mare with mine. There are some pictures on my thread: http://www.classic-audi.co.uk/forum/...ad.php?t=22975 DONT use Goodridge hoses on the front, they're not long enough! I had some make up by a company in Rotherham, they were about £50 and are a good 4 inch longer than the Goodridge shyte. Andy |
