You could always fast track your passport renewal
It can be done in a day but a week is quite easy .
If it's on next year,I'll put it in my diary.

Just don't go up the road after it as there will be many cogs on the tarmac

Only on the drive this morning whilst sorting a few things out .....

We don't leave unitil Tuesday lunchtime and as Chris says, Thursday before it all kicks off.

I think I've managed to get through the mamouth list of things to do.
After the inevitable jobs, preperation and check on the car, there's the trailer and truck to give a once over, documents and essentials for driving and towing europe, documents for the car and rally, insurance for both, spares and tools, plus the normal going away stuff!!

Cleaned the truck and the car this morning and rinsed off the spare tyres and knobblies. Even checking the all the tyre pressures this morning wasn't a five minute job, 4 on the car, the 2 spares, 4 gravel tyres, 4 on the trailer and 4 on the truck .

Anyway, nearly there . Just loading and hitching up on Tuesday morning.

I'll try and update a bit as we go along but I'm not sure if time will allow too much.
