Quattro 83- Lowering Springs

Thinkin of lowering slightly.

I've been advised that the springs from quattro 83-b2 to 94-b3 will fit my 83 b2 80 quattro can anyone confirm or deny this?
and if anyone has got any layin round i'm in the west mids area.

Im from west bromwich, where you from because I have a b3 80 quattro 16 v, lowering spring kits are very hard to find for this particular model

i'm only in halesowen so only a few miles away, the cars sorned at the mo whilst i tidy it up and sort out a few jobs this being one of them ;-]

from ebay- lowering springs seem to suggest

fit Audi 80 Quattro [85Q] From Month/Year: 09/81 To Month/Year: 08/86 AND Audi 80 2.0 Quattro

[89Q] From Month/Year: 09/86 To Month/Year: 08/91 !

There are currently some for about £76 on there, so might be worth taking a punt!

just wanna make a more educated decision though before i do.
