got the compensator off ebay 3 years ago, brand new for a tenner. I was going to replace it when I underseald the car a few weeks ago. That's when I noticed the hole so couldn't do it then. I wasn't sure if the MOT would pick up on the welding as it's just a hole in the wheel archt but he has, no suprsie and I get the bit fitted too.
