It will be interesting to see how fitting standard rear suspension goes for you.

Good luck matey

Wasn't there a firm that claimed to specialize in this sort of conversion?

I have a donor / spares car which has already been converted so I was just planning on transferring the whole set up from one to the other. I understand from articles on here that many people have found they have no rear brakes after doing the conversion.

Phil - I failed to explain (should not write posts after drinking) I have two problems:

The first one no Power Steering / hydraulic fluid
The second no brake fluid! (at all)

As you predicted clutch is fine.

Self levelling struts do look wet so could be the culprit for the hydraulic leak

Hello matey
Clutch works ok (one of the few things on the car that does work)- but a good idea to check for leaks Ta

Are the Accumulator the same as a Shitron if so take them to a garage and have them tested. On a jcb fastrac they have shitron one and we test them and then take them to a shitron garage for refurb.

Hello mate yes think they are super French quality components!
Every thing looks dry around the accumulator which is confusing me (not that confusing me is difficult - I'm as thick as shit!)

Can't you make a pressure test kit then you should see the leak. I have a break pressure bleed kit (Gunson Eezibleed Automotive Fluids Bleed Kit) very good put on car tyre and then look for leak, Just be very care full because the tyre pressure could do some damage. I did damage to my brake reservoir on my landrover the tyre pressure blow it up. But if you can fit a tap in line to restrict the tyre pressure then it would work.
