Audi S2 Turbo Wastegate on Golf mk2 16v

Ok say here it goes,

I just built a 16v turbo golf mk2 with an Audi S2 Turbo, Wastegate, Exshuast Manifold.

What i need to know is it seem as the car does not boost right as i think i have the vaccume pipes connected the wrong way. I am using a Manually boost controller as i cant use the N75 solinoid which works via the ECU.

My wastegate as a brass nozzle on the top ( which i beleive go to atmosphere) and a pipe on the back with a banjo bolt.

The turbo has only 1 vacume coming of the top.

Can anybody help with which is the right way to connect all these components together.
