I live where all this happened. We got told off the police to keep people in the shop. After about 20mins most of them wanted to leave.

Even after they were told that there was a gun wielding maniac on the loose.

We had to let them out as we couldnt keep them against their will. Kids in pushchairs been wheeled about and everything. Mad...
