Any "optimistic" Saab enthusiasts out there feeling sorry for this neglected old sole.....I said old sole
Seen outside of a garage very close to the Ambrosia factory down ere in Devon, perhaps the owner is on a very long back shift stuffing his face with creamed rice

Poor old girl

I used to get to drive one of last V4 96's in the country on occasions. Saab produced a Anniversary version with a nice gold plaque to say it was one of the last of 300 in the country. It was red and a hoot to drive with a column gearchange and the v4 engine.

We also had a two stroke 96 which occiasionally came out to for a drive which was a noisey old beast!

blimey...I hate it when cars end up like this.....my neighbour has hillman IMP in what looks similar to kingfisher blue thats rusted soooooooooooo bad! I bet it was fun to drive being rear engine and rear wheel wheel.....and yet roughly the same size as a mini! It's currently part agricultural and part on drive way, I was thinking of taking it of his hands but looks like a lot of work......and know nothing of these cars. Ahhh well, to car heaven it goes
