Bri, i've al but finished my modelling in solidworks and converting to 2D engineering drawings for kev today. Should get a price back soon. I spent ages measuring splines and dimensions for each variable driveshaft I have here.... Some interesting info.

URQuattro use the same driveshafts all round. (you can swap a Rear O/S for front N/S etc...)
CQ uses the same driveshaft as the UR in the rear, but smaller splines up front. I'm double checking bearing sizes and then can confirm exactly what would be universal or what would need changing.

Heres the finished model of the rear of a URQ hub flange (Part number is correct but I couldnt import VWlogo and audi rings). This MAY be direct fit for Rear CQ but will confirm if its not will alter design. The fronts are a seperate model due to different spline pattern.

Last time Kev was here I sent him away with a couple of hubs so that he can ask some questions from spline cutting companies.
Keep up the good work it seems like a great idea to me....

Spoke to Kev yesterday but he hasnt had chance to speak to spline cutting company. I've finished the design side of things so fingers crossed next week i'll have the drawings with him and we can start formulating a production cost.
