Thank you Coxy for the advice (and others), and to Groomus for some POV on this...

I had some difficulty making contact with the seller, but finally after the sale this car has arrived.

Yes, the body has many dark secrets which are being revealed slowly and to my horror..

BUT, the interior is much better than expected, and will not require the leather refit (as the only option if the velour one had had it), black and magnolia I have seen, and the style so this was my plan....but the velour will just need to making on two seats, as the fabric is unbelievable fine!

Gods knows about that roof, i think I have/can track down most of the panels (except withing the boot area) and the passenger sill. I await my body shop's veiw on this....I hope this, or the electrics do not kill this car.

I will give it my best shot and sorry to anyone else that bid on this...the arrival and some pics after half of a type 44 200 turbo was removes in bits from the interior!
