Default BMW Wheels - Ebay Bidding War ?

Here's the thread on forumbmw5.co.uk

http://forum.bmw5.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=52548

The wheels are up to £12,426.00 at the moment.

What happens about the final value fee with something like this if the seller doesn't remove the bids before the auction ends ?

with 6 previous feedbacks and one negative as a no goods recieved would you do business with the seller??

The buyer says he paid with a cheque but doesn't say if the money cleared. If it has why hasn't he contacted his bank and lodge a fraud claim. Or the police for that matter.

I know we can all get stung from time to time but all I can see on this one is Fool, Money, Parted, Easily etc etc
