Car is still at Alpha's.

Hoping we can get cracking on with this soon as I'm already £400 out of pocket personally and I haven't even seen the car yet!

Yup, I'll be at Dubfreeze, not showing but will be there nice and early and at the bar at 12!
It's an annual ritual that we've done for the past 15 years!

Think the weather of the last month or so has had a lot to do with it. Would be able to make a midweek day attack on it but need notice as have these projects at work to put into my calendar too...

Dunno if ive mentioned this but I use a great bodywork/mechanic bloke in Shrewsbury, he specialises in old stuff and is very good and reasonably priced. Hes an ex-RAF fitter too!

Alpha's got the car at the moment then as soon as we can get it down from his (St Helens) to mine (Cosford Shrops/Staffs border), then we can make date to strip the car down and start work on it!

Hopefully, when we've got it here at mine unit, then the momentum will start again and people will hopefully get involved in the project and make it happen!

I cant wait to get started on her either! She is a little rough around the edges but the heart of the beast is strong..
Hopefully she'll be on her way down to Cosford soon...I'll be able to get my quattro out of the garage and give her a run then!!! Im getting audi withdrawl symptoms! lol
