Early service schedule/instruction manual wallet

I know its a big ask,but im looking for an early blank service schedule booklet for a 1981 UR.Also which is a bit easier is the blue wallet that holds all booklets including service,instruction manual etc.
Both the service manual and the wallet must be in Blue.
