I'm not convinced that's a quattro?, more like an audi 100 CS,
In 1983 there were 3 100's available IMHO
100CC
100CS
100CD
Also no quattro badge on the grill

not a turbo in site...........although later on I have a faint memory of something turbo'd - besides the 200!

an aside - early in the Audi Driver days I bagged a session, as a passenger, in a 200 auto that was there for track sessions - I remember it as great fun, very roly poly on the bends - then whoosh !

I think you're right Chris. 100 quattros were from '84 on?

yes that's brought back memories........ about the time I picked up my 80 Sport there was a lot of snow and whilst in the showroom a guy came in asking about this 'new Audi 100 four wheel drive' .That was late January 1985, probably.
