SniffPetrol.com / who IS Troy Queef?

I've just been introduced, if that's the word, to Sniff Petrol.
For those of you that haven't visited it, it is the most hilarious and sardonic car-related site I've seen.
I'm told (ahem) that Troy Queef (pseudonym) is a script writer for Jeremy Clarksons pithier witticisms.
Now, I'm wondering, just WHO is Queef?
Visit the site and then have a think.
My money is on a certain person who lives close to me, drives a Bora(t) and is a master of pathos and dry humour (and I don't mean you, Mr John Johnson...!)
