Audi Driver International - the cruise from the North

Right, this is the thread for the "Cruise from the North" to Audi Driver International.

Please start another on for people from the East.

Going down the M6, M5, then M4 and off at M4 J18 (Bath).

Aim to be at Castle Combe at 0915ish. From Knutsford Services to Castle Combe is 159 miles, 2h40m.

As we will be "cruising at 65-70mph" - no faster as its illegal and SOME PEOPLE HAVE SLOW CARS i.e. not ur quattros - i.e. me!!! if you want to race pay for some track time. 2009 cruise was too quick from Strensham, the previous year 2008 was AMAZING, all of us doing 65-70mph, you get massive respect from people driving past...... and lots of people staring as they do 75-85) then the following times are proposed:

Knutsford to Hilton Park is approx 60 miles
Hilton Park to Strensham is 54 miles
Strensham to Castle Combe is 65 miles

Pick up point will be Motorway services:

0600 - LEAVE Knutsford (Chester Posse, Stockport etc.)
WA16 0TL between M6 J18-19

0700 - LEAVE Hilton Park - Coxy etc., people from the Midlands.
Postcode WV11 2AT (M6 J11-J10a)

0800 LEAVE Strensham (people from the South West who want to join in the Cruise), me Rich.r etc...
Postcode WR8 9LJ between M5 J7 and J8

Arrive at Castle Combe at approximately 0915.
