UR S4 seats into B4

Hi folks,

I have all the parts for this swap but just wondered if anyone had access to photos of how to remove the seat runners? The S2 forum post I was following has had the important photos blurred out by photobucket. I think the S4 seats I have are the earlier ones with clips and welds which may need a bit of cutting.
Any help appreciated!
