Unless your very nice Avant is bought by a lottery winner, you've no chance of getting your asking price, I'm afraid and I'm sure we'd all agree on that. I'm not being mean, but realistic. I bought my S6 recently with a full Audi Service History and only 82,000 miles on it for a lot less..

And as for that blue Nogaro saloon's asking price - he is just wasting everyone's time . .

Nice car Geneandbolly you were obviously in the right place at the right time.
I'm not after a lottery winner the S6 is open to offers! Its hard to know how to fairly price the S6 manual avant when i see no others for sale.
Its a nice car it just needs a new home from someone who has more time for her.

Thanks. I had to chase the car and paid the previous owner's asking price for it, but it's a rare car and with the low mileage, two owners and history it was well worth going after.

Your car is a belter and I'd say that if you advertised it around the £3000-£3500 mark, then you'd find a buyer.

Anyone disagree?

An Ebay auction with a start price of 99p will show what it's worth, although it's the wrong time of year to be selling with christmas coming up.

Big man from the west coast bagged himself a rare beauty and worth every penny in my opinion, oouur wriiight ... ... Sir! I would say standard S6's with Climate and leather with no rust with average miles and a good history are worth £3k and more depending on what options it might have. Goodies from the factory Options list make any S6 more desirable and sought after. Electric seats,Cruise,Skooshers etc adds to it's value.

Problem with pretty much all these cars that turn up is they are very tired in the suspension department necessitating immediate work which is not cheap and the reason why many owners pass them on.Its very rare to see an S6 with receipts or documented evidence of full suspension/ steering rebuilds that cost minimum of £2k plus for parts alone! So A car that drives and rides like a new one would easily be worth £5.5k, in my opinion atm.Macboings Stunner with 50k miles would be worth more and the price it sold at a year or so ago was cheap! It's shocking how prices have gone up during the last 2 years, even just the last 12 months.

They are brilliant cars if they are in very fine fettle!

Or add to your advert on eBay, "best offer "option.

Of course you'll get some ridiculous offers, but also some from people who might consider the car if it were priced a little lower, and once you are in 2 way contact, you can at least have a little haggle. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I take back what I said about your asking price - it's an absolute bargain in comparison to this one!! Even the Noggly Blue one is cheap in comparison!!!
