It's the Zionists who amuse and perplex me by turns.
The whole David and Solomon thing, back in the tenth century BC? Not ONE single scrap of archeological evidence that Jerusalem was ever more than a couple of hilltop villages. How could a population of at most 3,000 males build the described Temple? Etc. And then we get the modern day - the zealots using this nonsense for land grabs, settlements, etc. WTFF? It's a frikkin' desert with almost zero natural resources hundreds of miles from trade routes. It's probably very, very close to being a part of the earth I will never have an urge to visit, let alone fight over. GMAB - there's NOTHING there. But their silly book says it's theirs. Fine by me. |
