I've only just seen this thread as I haven't logged on recently. I will always remember the great conversations I shared with Gordon, especially when I'd meet him at Le Mans on his lunch break (in between marshalling!). He was a great chap, knew his stuff, had a great sense of humour and cared for others.

It's such a shame that he's left us but he'll never be forgotten. Rest in peace.

I'll be staying at Chewy's in Lostok Gralam on Sunday night (and subjecting myself to more of his cooking - steamed pig's tails the last time) so we'll try to make the rendezvous by 10:40.

Does anyone have a telephone number for Ben Williamson? I have left him a PM trying to arrange a meeting place for the drive to Chester but he hasn't replied. I can be contacted on 07505357504. Thanks.

First of me seeing this... sad news of the passing of a fella who had an exquisite taste in motor cars, RIP.

Well, just back home from Gordon's send-off.

Great day, well thought out and a brilliant turn out with many CA people giving support.

Horrible that he's gone but a greta comfort to know, having met them, that Gord had a loving, caring and very friendly family around him when he needed them most. I for one am really pleased to have met them today as it's nice to know he was comfortable with family.

I'd like to thank his family for having us today and making us all so welcome!

A good turnout. Nice touches - "Always look on the bright side" and a call to Gordon's phone from Senna. We've lost a little bit of our quattro world.
